Cardinal Scale’s mobile Weight Wrangler livestock scales are an all-in-one weighing system designed for ranchers and farmers. These self-contained scales are NTEP legal-for-trade certified and can be used on any firm surface with up to a 5% grade. Available in tandem axle 18-ft-long or single axle 13-ft-long sizes, the scales can weigh groups of cattle up to 15-20 head at a time with a maximum capacity of 20,000 lbs.

The X-lug rubberized component deck and steel cattle pen enclosure with dual gates are suspended at four points within a mobile base frame, providing stability and durability. The LSM series scales also include high-quality X-lug flooring with open spacing for easy cleaning. Unlike other scales on the market that use a corrugated metal floor, Cardinal Scale’s scales prevent livestock sewage from being trapped and causing rust damage.

Cardinal Scale’s scales are UV-protected and feature baked-on industrial tan powder paint for long-lasting endurance in the elements. The scales also have semi-grade airbag suspension and 15” trailer tires for smooth towing and handling during transportation. Additionally, the scales come with a cattle blind to ensure the operator does not upset livestock during weighing.

The mobile weighing center calculates shrink loss for livestock groups and displays current head count, gross weight, and average weight, as well as previous and total head count, gross weight, and average weight. The scales also feature an inclinometer, eliminating the need to recalibrate after transport. Tail lights and reflectors are included, and the wiring is run inside the lower frame for faster setup. The weatherproof mobile weighing center indicator and printer are mounted to the exterior of the livestock pen, and extra storage is available in the indicator/printer cabinet.
